GANDALF IS AWESOME

At the risk of starting a kiss-ass thread, I just had to post my experience with Gandalf. One of our VM's running Cacti was giving us fits and Gandalf was able to work with me to get it back up and running. Via a remote session I was able to watch him work his magic and breathe life back into our dying box. Not only was he super knowledgeable, he was very professional as well, informing me what he was doing, asking for permission before making changes, and giving me advice the whole time. I just wanted to get it out there, if you're having an issue you can definitely trust Gandalf to help. Thanks again!

nice post, I follow this forum for 2 years and without knowing Gandalf he sure helped me very mutch with Cacti issues
