When I manually run cactid, here is my output:

I tested NET-SNMP shich is working, where do I fix the unknown tokens?

Same error, when i uninstall net-snmp the error is gone but thats not a solution.

You are having problems with your Net-SNMP demon configuration. Unfortunately I can't help here. Use Google to figure it out. I am sure they can help. Or do not install the demon process on your poller box since you can get to most counters from shell scripts.
