bug with plugin thold

The plugin thold provokes me a bug.When i install it and when i click on the link configuration>Settings, i have a blank page (instead of the settings).
I have the 0.8.8a version of Cacti.
My "Settings" Plugin is 0.71 and i tried to install the "plugin:thold-v0.4.9-3.tgz"

I try to install thold because we are saying me to configure cacti to "send mails alerts on different types of incidents(loss of packets,etc...)"
