mysql table curruption?

I'm running cacti 0.6.8 with
rrdtool 1.0.37
php 4.2.0
apache 1.3.19
mysql 3.23.42
and ucd-snmp 4.2.3
on openbsd 3.0

Everything works fine but I'm finding occasionally the graph hierarchys become currpted. Graph order changes etc.

My inital guess is I should upgrade mysql to a more recent version but has anyone else come across similar problems?

The only strangeness I have seen is sometime when I duplicate a graph any comments seem to copy out of order and I end up having to delete them. But I have to turn offf grouping first, otherise it seems to also delete some other gprints that actually belong to another data item. But I have not had any kind of corruption of the database that I'm aware of and I'm doing a whole lot of data collection and graphs.
