Can't get threshold templates to work

Hi,

I have created a template for a threshold but can't work out how to use it.

If I add the same threshold onto a device it has a checkbox for "Template propagation enabled" but if I tick it and click save nothing changes.

The source I'm trying to make a threshold for is on a graph with two other sources, does this make a difference?
