Impossible to graph a Packetshaper

Hello,

I want to graph a PacketShaper on my LAN. A first Packetshaper is already graphed today and everything works.
Now, on a second PacketShaper (the same appliance), I can't retrieve (with the same template) snmp informations.

Look,
I had these datas on the first PS :

Everything works.

I created a new device and used the same template but I have no returned datas.


I can only graph 2 interfaces (inside / outside) with Data query SNMP - Interface Statisitcs. But SNMP-Packetshaper Classes and SNMP-Packetshaper Partitions doesn't works.

When I run data query debug information on the first PS for "class traffic" :

Only 3 results. Same thing with "partition traffic".

Before, when I clicked on "create graphs for this host" and selected the 3 PacketShaper templates

It is weird for me, that you both associate a "classic" graph template AND a data query to your device. When using indexed data, only a data query is required. You then will select the index to be used and the graph to be selected from "Create Graphs for this Host".

but I don't understand when I click on "verbose query" from snmp-packetshaper classes / partitions" I have only 3 results instead too many on the other device.

Devices are the same. I have this problem since I imported a new packetshaper template but I use the older. :/

When you import a template (like this http://forums.cacti.net/download/file.php?id=10346), wich files are altered in Cacti ?

PHP files or only xml files ?

Importing a "template" only does not change any file, only the templating tables. For a data query, you will need to MANUALLY ADD the data query XML file to e.g. the resource directory

Ok,

I update this post because I have already the problem :/

I have two same device (not the same names) on my network. For one, data queries returns items and rows. For the second, I have nothing. OID are Ok in packetshaperclasses.xml and packetshaperpartitions.xml

If I create a new device like the one (with other name), I have no results... I don't understand why.
the devices uses the same host template.

Someone can help me ?

I suspect we can not graph PacketShaper classes any longer.........
