Solved: No Plugin tabs

I am running Cacti Version 0.8.8a with Plugin Architecture Version 3.1 on CentOS 6.3. This is a new clean install of CentOS with only Cacti running. Cacti is monitoring all machines correctly but I cannot get any of the plugin tabs to show up; Namely NPC. I have Nagios running on a different server and the plugin was working on the old Cacti server (Version 0.8.7g).

I cannot get any of the tabs at the top for any of the plugins that are installed.
