CACTIEZ Problem

dears,

kindly I work in a WiMAX company and we use CACTIez (0.8.7c version) on Linux OS for graphing our network. The problem is that when I add some devices like a switch the CACTI can not recognize the device and it appears as DOWN status although I added other switches with the same characteristics exactly and it worked just fine. this problem happened with like 7 switches that I added to the CACTI, I checked everything on these Switches and there is no differences from the other switches that were added successfully to CACTI

PS: we used before older versions of CACTi on windows based and this problem did not appear.
