I need help, I want all my customers to see their bandwidth, with an account and password and have access only to personal use, which I recommend.

You will have to create specific accounts and provide the correct permissions for them.

There are scripts as well to provide permissions in case you want to generate those based on some user reporsitory that you may have in place
