mkdir / usr / share / cacti / realtime-image-cache
chmod 755 / usr / share / cacti / realtime-image-cache
chwn www-data / usr / share / cacti / realtime-image-cache

go to setting, then Misc and specify the path / usr / share / cacti / realtime-image-cache

cached Directory
