Cacti suddenly can’t graphing, Error- CMDPHP: Poller[0]

Dear All
I’ m newbie for the cacti. My cacti was working fine in pass few months. Since few days ago, all the equipment can’t plot the graph. Appreciate if anybody can help and provide the hit to solve my cacti problem. So far nothing change in pass.

Error code in Cacti Log:

i have read through your document,
but , i really don't have idea where is should look for.
possible point me to right link or path?

what is the possibility CACTI stop plot the graph, could it my data already hit the limit?
If yes, where should I check?

My system running on Win7 and 0.8.7h version.

Yes, that may have happend. But in that link I explain how to use debug mode to get the exact polling item displayed. Then you will be able to verify from command line what happens here
