Could not import templates

I have installed cacti 0.8.7g. Everything except import templates works fine.
When I click import templates link, I get java script error: "Object required at line 121 in templates_import.php".
Error was for document.getElementById('import_rra_1') in changeRRA() JS funtion as 'import_rra_1' field was nowhere defined.
And import templates page displays import button only and no other details to select (plz check attached screen shot). nothing happens on clicking import button as well.
Can some one plz point out the cause.
