Looking for plugin

I'm not really sure how to define it (makes looking for an existing one hard).

I'm looking for something that will allow me to graph single elements across multiple devices on one graph.

For example:
Hosts: HostA, HostB, HostC
Variables: Bits IN/Out

Option to stack those variables on top of one another, overlay them or sum them and plot one line each.

Any help is appreciated.
