All,
Need some help and a sanity check with a new install.
The issue is that a new fresh install of 0.8.8a installer appears to install correctly, I've added a host and interfaces and the graphs get created but do not show any data. The host used to run a previous version and I manually removed all the previous components and installed a fresh new instance via the 0.8.8a installer, and with the installed have not enabled any plugins.
Troubleshooting wise so far, the poller runs successfully with no errors, the RRA's were created and updated each time the poller is automatically or manually ran, the poller and SNMP cache look correct, and the poller definitely collects data. When running procmon looking for PHP / PHP-CGI, RRDTool, cmd.exe etc I dont see any errors relating to permissions and a graph debug shows no errors. I have read through the Install Guide, Troubleshooting Guide, NTFS permissions guide, FAQ and forum posts and reckon I have missed something captain obvious - hence the need for a sanity check.

Re: Sanity Check 0.8.8a Installer
Every graph is blank?
I'd agree, it does appear that most of the devices/data sources are receiving traffic data. Tried http://docs.cacti.net/manual:088:4_help ... le_numbers to validate the rrdtool updates are actually occurring?

I've got the same issue. I am new to Cacti, so I do not understand the instruction in the link. Please help!

What specifically have you tried and do not understand?ksp wrote: I do not understand the instruction in the link. Please help!

Re: Sanity Check 0.8.8a Installer
It works fine now. The problem was because of the wrong timezone in my PC.
Thanks!
