Thold current value show incorrect result

hi.........
i am using cacti Version 0.8.7g.
my problem is Thold current value and graph values are different , but in cacti Thold current value should be equal to graph y axis bandwidth value.
i am using EXACT VALUE as Data Type.

how can solve this problem ?????

please someone help me ????????
