Syslog plugin issue on cacti 0.8.8a in Windows

Hello Cacti peps,

Please, I am having issues setting up my syslog plugin to work properly.i cant find any log messages on the syslog tab in cacti 0.8.8a and the following are error lines from Cactilog (Clog) and Php log events.
