Graphs intermittently show data

We have Cacti (Version 0.8.7i ) on Windows system and have configured for monitoring traffic of active ports on some Extreme 460 series L3 switches. Also Php Version 0.6.2...

The graphs have worked on every switch at one point or another in the past week. However, I cannot reliably get all to work at same time, all the time.

For example, the #5 and 6 switches showed data for past week this AM and now only #1-4 are showing past weeks data. 5 and 6 still show graphs, just no data. If I drill down in a graph, the history will still show prior data... Not the graphs prior to drill-down however. After drill-down, I go back up and the graphs all show blank again. Go figure!

Could this be a config issue or a bug in data collection?

Hard to say. You followed the debugging guide in http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11747 ?

Not yet - didn't know it existed.

FYI - I used your installer package when I did the installation.

Hope that helps. I'll RTFM on the debugging guide and see what I can figure out...
