Graphs broken in tree/preview mode, visible in list->graph

Post by larsr »

My fresh Cacti installation (0.8.7b-2.1+lenny5) on Debian Lenny is acting strange in a vanilla installation.

Navigating from the main menu to Graphs tab -> Tree view -> Host: Localhost gives the graph templates, but no graphs, only broken images.
Same happens in Graphs tab -> Preview view.
When going via Graphs tab -> List view -> (some graph) it spits out the graphs as expected. The same happens if I go through either Tree view or Preview view and then click on a broken image icon - the graphs come out.

This is all happening to local graphs, I haven't added any other hosts yet. I've rebuilt the poller cache - to no avail.

Any clues?

As mentioned in the wiki, please check your rrdtool version. However, if I am correct the version of rrdtool on Debian lenny is higher than in that cacti version. On my own system it still works all right with 1.2 in the settings.
