No Graph Title

I seem to be having some problems with adding graphs to one of my hosts. I use the "New Graph" option to add some graphs. It addes a data source, but with no name for that host. It also add's the graph, but once again with no title. The Device page doesn't show the graphs at all. In graph viewing section I can view the graphs just fine. I've tried removing the device and readding everything, but it always seems to give me blank titles for everything. Any idea's?
