Problems migrating from MySQL to PostgreSQL

Hi there,
I have some problems migrating cacti from one server to another, the old server has MySQL as RDBMS and I want to migrate
the configuration (database, graphs. rrd) to the new server that has PostgreSQL.
Reguarding the cacti database I have already done the dump of the database I want to migrate running mysqldump command and i got an .sql file.

I tried various "MySQL to PostgreSQL" scripts found on internet but none of them worked, if you can help me thanks....
