No Graph appear in Cacti

Hi ,

I am quite new with cacti. I manage to install cacti on windows XP.
I am able to open the cacti website.
However, when i want to create a graph. I can not see a graph.
The Debbug error show is like :
ERROR: opening 'C:/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/172_19_10_208_traffic_in_9.rrd': No such file or directory.
Please help.
