Error: Access Denied, user account disabled. after update

After update from 0.87e to 0.88a I get logon message "Error: Access Denied, user account disabled."

Well, is that user account disabled in Cacti and/or the domain?

No! This my account and I work in my domain without problem
Before update I use this account for configuration and monitoring cacti
Also I can connect and change database cacti under mysql console
