Problem with device

Hi everybody.
First, sorry for my bad English, I'm French.
I have a problem with my devices. When I add new device, it is not detected and I don't no why. I need to use the command :
php -q /var/www/cacti/plugins/mactrack/poller_mactrack.php -f

but I have this message :

If any one has any to correct this problem, because I don't want to do this command all the time !

Salut,
Je voulais savoi si tu avais pu résoudre ton probleme avec Mactrack.
Je l'ai installé récemment et je galère un peu. J'ai ajouté 2 devices, mais ils ont toujours le status Down et la colonne device type m'affiche not detected pour chacun d'eux.
Si pour toi c'est ok, pourrais tu me dire comment t'as fais pour parametrer tes devices.
