Random threshold spike? :evil: trigger happy?

Hi I have setup,
Threshold's on my Linux hosts for disk space free, this is working fine on around 90% of my hosts. But randomly and the time differs for these hosts, I will get notifications alerting me that the disk space has went above the threshold, and then 5 minutes later it will restore back to normal. I have random instances of this at different times for these troublesome hosts.

I am using Cacti 0.8.7.i and thresholds v0.4.9-3. I am using this on the UCD/NET available disk space graphs as I have never been able to get thresholds working with the HOST MIB available disk space graphs.

The Warning breach is set at 5 minutes, I am going to test this at 10 minutes and see how it runs, anyone else have these problems?
