Patch for Cron to Execute Within Seconds. ATNN: TheWitness

I have observed some postings on this forum where a patch for cron has been mentioned that will allow it to execute commands within seconds.

More specifically, I think that TheWitness had mentioned that he has such a patch.

I would love to have this patch.

Could someone please provide this patch if it exists? I believe that cygwin is running Vixie Cron. Cygwin is my desired target environment.

Never mind, I have decided to produce such a patch myself.
