How to enable Plugin Management in Ubuntu 10.10?

i have installed cacti in ubuntu 10.10 with synaptic, pre-patch plugin arch, import pa.sql to my database, copy plugin monitor to my plugin folder, and configure include/config.php, but i still cant find the monitor plugin in my cacti..

and the plugin management still not appear..

what steps should i do to enable it?

Maybe this helps you:

After installing the PIA (pre-patch or whatever), You should edit config.php under include directory and enable following by removing //

$url_path = "/cacti/";

When you done this, the Plugin Management button will appear at the left menu.
Then you should extract each plugin you want under plugins directory where cacti installed.
Then you will go Plugin Management and you will enable the plugin. It is too easy.
Then you should go to the User Management and specify which user will be able to see or use the specific plugin that you had been just installed.
