CDEF not showing in THOLD

Post by jazzplr »

I'm trying to have an alert sent out to one of our customers if their data usage exceeds 20 Mbit. I've set up a CDEF but when I try to create a threshold template that CDEF doesn't show up in the list. For that matter, not all of the CDEFs that are in the CDEF list show up in thold. Any suggestions?

Please list the CDEF data, not all CDEFs are compatible with Thold, especially CDEFs that muse multiple data sources.

Ah, that makes sense then. I'll start a different thread regarding the reporting of graphed data, specifically a switch port's bandwidth. I'm trying to have thold alert based on MB/s.

Hi Folks,

This is an old subject, I was wondering if there was a solution found to the missing CDEFs when creating a threshold. Was this solved in another thread?

Thanks in advanced.
