Problem of the email notification subject

Hi all,

My senior ask me to change the email notification subject of Threshold alert/warning by adding router interface description, but I have no idea how to do this... (I am totally new to Cacti..)

I find that the subject can be changed but go to
Settings > Thresholds > Threshold Alert Message
And change the message inside the text box. Below are the message in my text box

An Alert has been issued that requires your attention.
<br><br><strong>Host</strong>: <DESCRIPTION> (<HOSTNAME>)<br><strong>URL</strong>: <URL>
<br>
<strong>Message</strong>: <SUBJECT>
<br><br>
<GRAPH>

But how to edit those message so that I can add the router interface description????

Does the graph that you use for the Thold have the port interface description in the graph/datasource title? You can also just manually change the Thold name to what you want for each Thold.
