Ping diagram is not seen.

Hi,

I'm new here, day ago I setup on our win2003 server cacti form installation package, it works I get data and see ping diagram from our other VPN'd server on which is install snmp service. On others I use "ping" checkin and unix ping latency templates, it works servers pings it's also up and so on but on diagram I can't see any actions of pinging server, I attach screen please take a look and give me some advice.
