[solved] Transfer Cacti Users to NEW Cacti Server

Hi I am new to cacti, I was able to setup this new cacti server and need to migrate all users to the new server, that will include all their settings and passwords. I am using Ubuntu 11.04, Cacti v 0.87g. Anyone please who can direct me? thanks so much

Already asked many times, sigh.
Basically:
- copy whole Cacti directory tree
- but rrdtool dump and restore rrd files (find scripts to do that at 1st link of my sig)
- mysqldump and restore the cacti db
Make sure, php, mysql and snmp configuration is copied as well
