I installed this last month and am just now getting around to troubleshooting the install.
Here is one of the directories that my flows have gone:
/var/netflow/flows/Router/2012/2012-02/2012-02-03
Here is my listener setup:
Router /Router /YYYY/YYYY-MM/YYYY-MM-DD 0 2055 NetFlow version 5 0 15 Minutes 2 Days
The console settings all show [OK: DIR FOUND] so I don't think that is it.
Do I need the "/" on the Router directory on the listener settings? Does the rest look okay? The sub-directory settings seem to match what is on the server. Yet, I'm not seeing anything on the Cacti page. And when I click on one of the "bar" boxes, I get:
Open Flash Chart
JSON Parse Error [Syntax Error]
Error at character 0, line 1:
0:
I believe that is just because it isn't seeing the data.
What am I missing on this?
Thanks,
Kevin
Does this Flowview setup look correct to you?

Hello,
This plugin is working nicely although I think it has some (feature) drawbacks. I would like to thank the author anyway.
To debug please
Start flow-capture
And check
Create the listener
The root is considered regarding the Flows directory that you have configured in settings (Configuration > Settings > Misc)
Also, you have checked
- Where the flow tools are installed and configured Flow Tools Binary Path (Configuration > Settings > Misc) accordingly
- Configured a Flow Tools Work Directory such as /tmp
- that the .sql script plugin_flowview_ports.sql has been imported
Hopefully this will help you
