Flowview Plugin

Hello Friends,
i'm trying to setup netflow to monitor our network usage.

already installed the plugin and flow-tool, i configure the flow-capture file to be:
-w /var/www/cacti/plugins/flowview/cach 0/192.168.0.180/4000

where the 192.168.0.180 is the router IP.

i set the permission of the folder /cach as 777.

flow service is running by root user:
/usr/bin/flow-capture -w /var/www/cacti/plugins/flowview/cach 0/192.168.0.100/4000

on cacti GUI settings:
flow directory:
/var/www/cacti/plugins/flowview/cach

then for flows tap i start configure

i'm unable to get any thing that is generated by the tool and getting these errors:

flow-stat: ftiheader_read(): Warning, short read while loading header top.
flow-stat: ftiheader_read(): failed

any help will be appreciated.

Hi,
i'm able to get files created on the folder i specify with flow-capture service but still not data showing on
Flows plugin tab.

any help please.
