Multiple Domains Question

I have a question about the Domains plugin

We have a very large corporate AD domain structure that consists of several forests and domains that are completely separate and joined by trusts.

There is one forest in particular that contains about 15 domains.

In order for the Realm dropdown not get ridiculous I was wondering if there might be a way to us a domain prefix and gets based to the DN field that currently looks like <username>@sub-domain.domain.com

So that you could select one dropdown in Realm and then type subdomain\username and it would place that into the subdomain of the DN field.
