nectar report edit link missing

nectar report edit link missing

I installed Nectar plugin and the tab is showing up. Also, Nectar Report Presets section in settings is showing up. Now I do not see any link to create or edit report. What have I missed in my configurations?

I have
Cacti-0.8.7i
Settings-v0.71-1
nectar-v0.35a
PIA-3.1
