SNMPTT installation

I want to use Camm plugin. so I am trying to install Snmptt !!!

i copied following files

/usr/sbin/snmptthandler
/usr/sbin/snmptt
snmpttconvert /usr/sbin
/usr/sbin/snmpttconvertmib
/etc/init.d/snmptt/snmptt.init.d


after that i cant locate snmptt.conf file to run snmptt.
how can i create snmptt.conf file ????
therefore, i cant run the snmptt to get snmp traps
