Plugin to add options to graph objects?

Post by dexx »

I like the monitor plugin. It gives me a quick interface for checking device status. However i'd love it if there was a simple way to click a device and run a defined command on my local PC (eg telnet clicked-device). Is this something that can be done with the monitor plugin? Or would something like Superlinks be able to do it?

Cacti is an element performance system, not an element management system.

Merging the two, although possible, would not be recommended.

Weathermap plugin has an option to generate clickable nodes. You can put an URL like telnet://<router_ip> and it will open your telnet client.

Not sure if monitor or superlinks have that option.
