Hi ,
Is there any way to achive high resolution history to cacti graphs ? Now when i zoom a graph , let's way 3 month ago then zoom more to day or hour view , the grpah is not very detailed . I want to know if it is possible to obtain the same resolution as actual 5 minute view to history.
Thanks !

Re: High resolution graph history
It's a two step process.
1) Edit the RRA's for 'New' Graphs and add rows to the 5 minute RRA until you are happy with the duration.
2) Open a shell to <path_cacti>/rra/ and use the RRDtool 'resize' command to 'Add' the new rows to the existing RRDfile.
Please keep in mind that this will lead to larger RRDfiles and higher I/O wait for large systems. So, if you are not using boost, you should consider it.
