Installation problem: cacti et Archlinux

Hi, sorry for my english (i'm french)

I installed cacti-0-1.8.7h and cacti-spine-0.8.7h.tar.gz by following this tutorial:

No error message, no problem during the installation ... but when I try to connect via a web-browser it runs in the round.
All the way to all the files are detected (everything is green). I click "Finish" and ... nothing happens ... he turns round in the browser page.

No error message in the logs, no trace

All ideas are welcome ....

We do not have extra documentation for installing on archlinux.
Our documentation can be found at 1st linjk of my sig. We keep this current. In case you have hints for improving (e.g. for archlinux specific issues), please post comments.
From your description, it sounds very much like some installation step was accidentally skipped
