Hello,
I have a number of Windows Server 2008 R2 instance's with the SNMP feature installed. I can successfully add the device and query for the network interface's, as well as create traffic bit/s graphs. However, the values being logged in the graph are about 1/10th the correct values, i'm not 100% sure it's exactly 1/10. E.g. when the NIC is receiving .8Gb/s, Cacti is graphing 80Mb/s. Intresetingly, the realtime plugin show's the correct values... I'm hoping there's a quick fix for this issue?

Re: Server 2008 R2 NIC interface graph
Tell Microsoft to support 64bit counters in their SNMP agent. After they tell you no, install Net-SNMP in place of the Microsoft agent and then use 64bit counters.
