Equality thold

Hi,

It would be great if it were possible to set equality thold in a template.

My use case is the need to detect when a value is equal to 0. I could set an arbitrary low value instead but this is neither elegant nor reliable.

Note that the ability to switch between (<,>) and (<=,>=) would fit the same purpose.
