Configuring cacti for network monitoring

Configuring cacti for network monitoring

Hi All,
I have installed cacti on in my network and i which for it to do me the following

1. monitor my radio links
2. Monitor my network equipments such as cisco switches and routers
3 Do a general monitoring of my servers and my entire network

I do not know if this can be possible,if it can please can i get the configurations steps to do this
