Data Query

Post by panabit »

I add a device (OS:win2k3) to cacti, and the SNMP Information is ok.But when I click "create Graphs for this Host" , I found the "SNMP-Get Mounted Partitions" is empty.

And the cacti shown "This data query returned 0 rows, perhaps there was a problem executing this data query. You can run this data query in debug mode to get more information."

I run the data query, but no found.

Basically, you don't have access to the remote host, or you are attempting to access an OID that either does not exist, or that you don't have permissions to on the remote host.
True understanding begins only when we realize how little we truly understand...

Life is an adventure, let yours begin with Cacti!

Author of dozens of Cacti plugins and customization's. Advocate of LAMP, MariaDB, IBM Spectrum LSF and the world of batch. Creator of IBM Spectrum RTM, author of quite a bit of unpublished work and most of Cacti's bugs.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?

I had permissions to the remote server. Should I reinstall the SNMP in the win2k3?

Please run '/usr/bin/php -q /var/www/html/scripts/ss_host_disk.php 172.28.128.10 2:161:500:public:::MD5::DES: 9 query index' from the command line and post results.
Please know, that windows hosts are somewaht slow in responding to SNMP requests. So you way want to increase the timeout value for that very host
