Not certain, other than the fact that your poller had not run in quite a while. Maybe you have the scheduled task to run on login or something instead of once every 5 minutes....

So What i should i do ??
I have try to change the poller setting and the schedule task every 10 minutes but the result is still the same..the graphs is stil Nan
and then i change the poller setting and the schedule task back to every 5 minutes still the graphs is Nan..

Unless you know a lot about Cacti, you MUST stay with the 5 minute, 5 minute setting. Changing the poller interval is an advanced settings. So, do that, and then goto Console->System Utilities->Repopulate Poller Cache.
