Spine 0.8.7G : command not found

Hy,

My Conf : cacti 0.8.7G, spine 0.8.7G, W32 box.

in a data query i've defined that script :

<script_path>d:/yyyy/xxxx/sonicCountMessage.cmd</script_path>

In the poller cache window, it say :

Code: Select all

Script: d:\yyyy\xxxx\sonicCountMessage.cmd Sonic_RCT_STML_BR1 get nb_message SampleQ1 

but when i launch spine, i have this error :

Code: Select all

sh: d:\yyyy\xxxx\sonicCountMessage.cmd: command not found

what is the pb ? why the slashes are converted in backslashes ?

1) spine likes paths with forward slashes. make sure the path to your script uses them.
2) does your script work when using cmd.php?
3) are the NTFS permissions set correctly on d:\yyyy\xxxx\sonicCountMessage.cmd so the account running the web server has read/execute permissions?

1/ yes i know that spine likes slashes, so in my data query xml file, i've put slashes, not backslashes. they are converted but i don't know what.

2/ i haven't try, but it works on handy launch.

3/ yes, others script work fine.
