my graph don't contain any data

Hi
I have a snmp installed ubuntu laptop that I have a script counts output packets from machin. I made the snmpd.conf to execute the script and the snmpwalk output is shown below

For creating a graph with cacti, after creating a localhost device and make it snmp version 2 enabled, in the new graph section, I get the SNMP-GENERIC OID TEMPLATE and entered the .1.3.6.1.2.2014.40.4 OID init. After saving, the rrdtools said me OK and gave me an empty graph, now the problem is the graph is still empty!!!!!
just for make sure that there is no permission problem, I setted the rra and log folders permission to 777 and it still is empty :(

that is saying my snmp out put is wrong, but you see the output of snmpwalk if it is wrong . . . .

So any body can help me to fix it please ?
