Status unknown wen devices are added bt able to get Snmp inf

when i add the device in mactrack, i can get the snmp information. but the device type is not detected and and staus in unknown. I have attached teh screenshots.

Please help !!!!

Stop. you first need to learn how to use cacti by itself. Then once you're proficient with that, then start to use plugins. otherwise you're going to be in too deep over your head.
