RRD TOOL DOES NOT EXIST

Dear Team Members,

I'm having an issue when creating a graph for my new device and here is the error that I get: RRD TOOL DOES NOT EXIST.
yet, it shows me that it had been graphed but don;t see any graph. What could be the problem and how to solve it.
