RRD file existed, graph created but not display anything.

Dear All Experts,

I have just done with new cacti installation.

My Cacti Info:

Cacti OS unix
SNMP Version NET-SNMP version: 5.4.3
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.4.x
PHP Version 5.3.5-1ubuntu7.2
Apache Version Apache/2.2.17 (Ubuntu)

Hosts 8
Graphs 42
Data Sources Script/Command: 6
SNMP Query: 37
Total: 43

Interval 60
Type cmd.php

After installed, everything seem to work fine. The only thing that strange is: graph which I created from the device that I choose Downed Device Detection: Ping and Ping Method: ICMP Ping are not draw any line graph on it.

It is really strange for latest version of cacti which having problem with this as I used to work with it in old version (0.8.7e) well.

So please help me. I am waiting so much for all your kindly help and responses.

see if poller.php is set in cront tab

Thanks for your response and sorry for late to reply as I was out of my office for a while to province.

I think it is there, but crontab was in the different place from my previous installation while I configure it through cacti.net
But after I found new link, http://marcinbrzeski.blogspot.com/2011/ ... buntu.html
I could make Cacti up and running like before but some location of configuration are store in different place.

For example: new crontab location is store in /etc/cron.d/cacti with content below:

MAILTO=root
*/1 * * * * www-data php /usr/share/cacti/site/poller.php >/dev/null 2>/var/log/cacti/poller-error.log

So poller.php is in crontab. But problem still existed, Any idea?
