Is it all graphs or just one having the gaps?

Can you reply with your scheduled task setup? Maybe a screen capture.

You may want to turn on DEBUG in settings and wait a few poll cycles and attach your zipped log.

I'll look it over and maybe others can help as well but the first thing I noticed is the initial schedule was started at 1:30:26. I would change this to 1:30:00. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with your issue or not but changing this to on the minute will help in troubleshooting. Just change the :26 to :00 and hit ok. The next poll will be on the minute and it may complain in the log that it's out of sync, but after that let it run a couple polls and check the logs.

Nothing is really obvious to me, but I have limited knowledge of Cacti. Maybe someone else with more experience can pipe in.

It doesn't look like the scheduled task is starting properly at the specified time. Have you checked event viewer to see if Windows is complaining of anything?

Also, just to troubleshoot have you tried spine to see if that helps? What if you disable all devices, does that help with the poller errors in the log? Maybe disable all devices, save/clear the log and change to debug and check the log and go from there. Post log if anything is relevant.

K, I am going to check it with Spine first, if it doesn't work fine then will check by disable the devices and will let you know the result through log file. Thanks for reply.

Were you cable to temporarily disable the devices? Can you attach another log which will be easier to sift through after the time was 0'ed out...

Wow that is really strange. It looks like there's more than one task scheduled. What happens if you disable the scheduled task and run it manually every 5 minutes by command line? If that works properly you may want to test a different scheduler.

I am using 2k3 so I don't really have the same setup as you. It's difficult to help you without access to the box (I'm not asking for it)...

Anyone else have any suggestions?
