Strange Problem

Running Cacti on ubuntu server 10.04(I think). I was on 0.8.7e. Upgraded ubuntu server to 10.10 and it upgraded cacti to 0.8.7g at the same time. A really strange thing has happened though. My queries seem to be pulling data, but the graphs aren't updating. I'm very confused... I've tried clearing the poller cache and it doesn't seem to make any difference. Attached is a screenshot of a graph with current data in the legend but no graph lines.

Ubuntu does it's own packaging of cacti, sigh.
Were you prompted through the cacti upgrade process?
